STORAGE

Place the mat in reverse, i.e. rubber layer facing upwards.
Then roll it up one by one.
After rolling, the design side should be visible.
This will prevent the corners of the mat from curling upwards.
After rolling, you can put on the strap that is included.

CARE OF THE YOGA MAT

Wipe off minor dirt with a damp cloth without using aggressive detergents.
Hand washing is recommended to prolong the life of the pad.
The mat can also be washed in the washing machine.
Wash separately on gentle cycle in cold water.
Do not use aggressive detergents and fabric softener.
Dry by hanging.
Do not tumble dry, do not bleach. Do not dry in direct sunlight.
To speed drying, wrap the pad in a towel and squeeze out excess water.
